Many of the Staff members have been a part of Summer band for years. It's been a please serving this community and promoting music in your children's lives.
Jay Posteraro
Jay Posteraro is in his 24th year of teaching Band at Mesa Verde. He is an active performer around the San Diego area.
Patti Puckett
Patti Puckett is in her 23rd year of teaching Orchestra in the Poway Unified School District. She currently teaches at Meadowbrook and Mesa Verde Middle Schools.
Robert Resto
Is in his 6th year as the Assistant Director of Bands at Mesa Verde. He currently owns and operates a music studio in the Temecula area in addition to his duties with Mesa Verde.
Thanh Kirby
Thanh Kirby was the Assistant Band director at Mesa Verde from 2004 - 2005. He is currently teaching Band in the San Luis Obispo area at the Elementary and Middle school levels. This is his 16th year as a summer music instructor.
